Shipping Policy

Please note:

We are unable to ship to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Delivery times are provided as a guide and may be impacted by unforeseen delays, such as those caused by the freight company, payment processing, or public holidays.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held liable for delays outside of our control. The delivery times listed reflect estimates provided by the freight company.

1. Shipping Within Australia

We are pleased to offer the below delivery across Australia (used as a general guide only)

Standard Shipping: e.g. 3-7 business days
Express Shipping: e.g., 1-3 business days

Shipping rates within Australia are as follows,

Free standard shipping for orders over $100 AUD
Flat-rate standard shipping for orders below $100 AUD cost $8 AUD
Flat-rate express shipping for orders $13 AUD

2. International Shipping

We also offer international shipping to select countries (used as a general guide only)

New Zealand: 4-11 business days
Asia: 10-20 business days
United States: 10-20 business days
Canada: 10-20 business days
United Kingdom: 5-18 business days
EU: 5-20 business days
Rest of world: 14-30 business days

Shipping Rates are as follows:

Free standard shipping for orders over $200 AUD
Standard flat rate of $18 AUD for orders under $200 AUD
Express standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $30

Please note:

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. Check with your local customs office for more information.
We cannot guarantee delivery timeframes for international orders due to potential customs delays.

3. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
We will aim to get it to you as soon as possible. If it is urgent please feel free to email us at hello@intimeincense.com and we will aim to fulfil it to you earlier if possible.

4. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, please follow the below steps:

Double-check the address you provided.
Check with your local postal service for updates.
Contact us at hello@intimeincense.com if you still need assistance.

Orders delayed beyond 8 weeks from the estimated delivery date cannot be investigated, so please get in touch sooner rather than later.

Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses

Ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.
If you spot an error, email us urgently at hello@intimeincense.com before your order is shipped.
Once shipped, we cannot redirect the delivery.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs will apply.

Missed Deliveries

If you miss a delivery, the carrier may leave a notification for rescheduling or pickup. Please follow their instructions to receive your package.

5. Risk of Loss

Once your order is dispatched, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. However, we are happy to assist in resolving any issues with the carrier if your package is lost or damaged in transit.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Please note:

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or parcel lockers
Shipping may not be available to certain remote or restricted areas or countries.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These offers are subject to terms and conditions, including order minimums and location eligibility. Free shipping typically applies to standard shipping only.
